Mr. JIBIN EP is a passionate and experienced academician with over 14 years of teaching experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

• He is currently working as an Associate Professor at KMCT Institute of Emerging Technology and Management, Mukkam, and is also pursuing a Ph.D. at Noorul Islam College of Higher Education, Kanyakumari, with a research focus on Machine Learning-driven solutions for early detection of cardiac disorders.

• He is the Founder and Director of Shastra Technical Institute, a leading EdTech platform delivering high-quality technical content through a mobile learning app and a popular YouTube channel with over 46,000 subscribers.

• Mr. Jibin has previously served at Eranad Knowledge City Technical Campus, Manjeri (2016–2025) and held multiple academic and administrative positions, including Placement Officer, IIC Coordinator, IQAC Coordinator, and Timetable Coordinator.

He has also worked as a Lecturer in Govt. Women’s Polytechnic College, Kottakkal, and AKNM Govt. Polytechnic College, Chelari. His areas of academic expertise include Digital & Analog Circuits, Communication Systems, Microcontrollers, and VLSI Design. He is skilled in Python, MATLAB, C, Verilog, and VHDL, and actively contributes to curriculum development, academic mentorship, and technology-integrated learning. He is also a Managing Partner of Integral Technologies, an electronics contracting firm based in Kerala.

Mr. Mohammed Aslam V N is an experienced academician with over 15 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He holds a Master's degree in Communication Systems and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE), specializing in Machine Learning-based solutions for chronic disease management in IoT-enabled systems.

• He has served as an Assistant Professor at MEA Engineering College from 2009 to 2024 and is also the Co-founder and Senior Faculty at Shastra Technical Institute, a leading EdTech initiative. His expertise includes Digital and Analog Electronics, Communication Systems, IoT Applications, and VLSI Design. In addition to academics, Mr. Aslam is also a Managing Partner of Integral Technologies, an electronics-based firm, and has played vital roles as Chief Superintendent for university examinations and IEEE Branch Counselor.

• He is proficient in tools like MATLAB, LabVIEW, Verilog HDL, and programming languages including Python, 8051, 8085, and x86 Assembly. His academic contributions include national and international presentations, and his current research paper is under review in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals.
